Come learn the ins and outs of apartment hunting from the experts! Representatives from the Harvard Faculty Real Estate Services and Coldwell Banker Rentals will be joining us for the event. Topics to be covered include how to start the process, who to contact, initial rent agreements, average prices of apartments, how to find roommates and so much more! Although they specialize in the Boston area, most, if not all of the advice can be applicable to other cities as well.
With the uncertainty that has come with the current pandemic, they will also go over how COVID-19 is affecting apartment hunting and how you can be prepared.
